Led the development of the Manager Toolkit, a self-serve resource suite for managers, featuring the Team Building Kit. This initiative provides a centralized hub for managers to access support for organizational systems, tools, processes, and team building.

I developed this training as part of the organization's leadership development program. This interactive, one-hour session equips leaders needed with the skills to manage team conflict. I used a blended learning approach, including pre-work, group work, and post-work.
